A steep green valley opens toward a horizon that burns through the full spectrum — crimson at the cliffs, then magenta, orange, yellow and a band of pure lime where the last light meets the ridgeline. Above it the sky turns black and a...

A single molten disc sits slightly below center and throws long rippled rays out to every edge of the panel. The core glows in bright amber and pale yellow with a hammered, almost liquid texture; the rays thin and darken as they travel, sinking...

A radiant gold sun sits inside a set of thin concentric orbit rings in the upper half of the panel, its rays drawn as fine tapering flames around a smooth burnished disc. Below it a crescent moon in pale champagne gold curves around a...

A wild-haired scientist leans into the frame, mouth open in a manic grin, round red-lensed goggles pushed up on his nose and a heavy moustache below. In green rubber gloves he tips a test tube of luminous green liquid into a conical flask held...

A stack of oval theatre masks fills the whole panel, each one moulded in the same aged bone and sepia tone but pulled into a different expression. A wide-mouthed mask with two black hollows for eyes grins on the left; beside it a blue-shadowed...

A dense crowd of clown faces fills the panel edge to edge, packed so tightly that hats, ruffs and manes of blue and crimson hair overlap into a single mass. At the center a bone-white face throws its head back mid-laugh, red-rimmed eyes narrowed...

A gold-edged triangle sits at the top of the composition with a single wide eye inside it, its iris teal and its rim ringed in coral red. Below the triangle a large skull opens its jaw, a long pink tongue unrolling into a coiled...

A lime-green alien face fills the panel, its huge almond eyes a soft violet and its domed skull covered in swirling pink and green ornament. Two long slender hands rise from below to cup the cheeks, their palms marked with the same looping patterns....

Six lines of heavy turquoise capitals are stacked edge to edge on a black ground, and the face of a bearded man in glasses is painted inside them - the letters act as windows, so a narrowed eye appears in one line, a lens...

A grinning skull-faced figure holds the center of the panel, its jaw open in a shout and its brow patched in orange, red and bone white. Four more heads press in around it — a yellow profile on the left, a teal one below,...

Three stacked bars of sprayed color carry short, punchy slogans in heavy condensed capitals, knocked out in black. The top two bars are fluorescent green, the bottom one acid yellow, each with rough stencil edges and a single paint drip running off the last...

A vertical seam of molten orange tears through a black field, crossed by a horizontal sweep of the same fire so the two strokes form a rough cross at the center. White and grey paint breaks apart along the edges like spray thrown off...

One enormous eye fills the panel, its green iris ringed by a spiral of deep blue and wrapped in a crown of green flame that rises into a black plume at the top. Below the eye, a midnight coastline runs across the width of...

An eagle's head turns in three-quarter profile, drawn entirely in glowing electric-blue lines on a black field. Feathers are described by hundreds of fine luminous strokes that fade into darkness where they thin out; the hooked beak is traced in the brightest line of...

A single acid-green band runs the full height of a distressed black field, and the word “REALIST” is cut out of it in heavy stencil capitals, rotated to read from the bottom up. The green fades from bright lime at the top to a...

A powerful black dog with cropped ears raises its muzzle against a deep crimson background that glows brighter toward the center. Black-framed sunglasses with red-orange mirrored lenses sit high on its brow, and a thick studded collar rings its throat. The coat is drawn...

A single face fills the panel, cut straight down the middle: neon lime on the left, matte black on the right. The two halves mirror each other in negative — a curved horn, an X for an eye, a wide jagged grin of triangular...

A large black guard dog with cropped, upright ears tilts its muzzle upward, wearing black-framed sunglasses with bright yellow mirrored lenses pushed high on its brow. A heavy leather collar bristling with steel spikes sits at its throat. The coat is rendered in thousands...

A long-skulled extraterrestrial fills the panel in acid green and yellow, its two enormous eyes glowing orange like small marbled planets. A thin cigarette rests between its lips and a slender four-fingered hand lifts toward it, releasing a curl of pale smoke. Every surface...

The single word "BOSS" is set in heavy ornate blackletter across the center of the panel, each letter edged in thin amber light. Above and below it, symmetrical filigree flourishes curl outward like wrought iron. The background splits into two temperaments: orange and red...

A man in a bowler hat, collar and tie fills the frame, painted entirely in swirling brushstrokes of electric blue, magenta, yellow and violet. His mouth hangs open and his eyes are two enormous concentric spirals of pink, orange and yellow, wound so tightly...

Two words fill the center of the frame: “NO EXIT”, set in heavy condensed capitals with a bright metallic outline and a scorched, mottled fill that reads like burnt stone. Behind them the surface is broken open — a black and oxblood ground split...

Shot looking straight up into a large tree, the canopy fills the entire frame and the leaves have been pushed into stained-glass color — acid green and gold on one side, turquoise, magenta and violet on the other, all of it broken into small...

A dense rainforest interior rendered entirely in ultraviolet color. Palm fronds and tree ferns arch in from both edges in electric magenta, violet and turquoise; the trunks are crusted with red and orange growth; and in the middle distance the mist between the trees...

On a black star field, a violet face looks straight out with eyes that burn white-pink. Above the brow sits an ornate golden mandala holding a single dark iris — a third eye — flanked by wings that fan out in magenta and teal....

The camera lies on the forest floor and looks straight up. Redwood trunks lean inward from every edge of the frame, their bark reading rust-brown where the light catches it and near-black in the shadows, while the green crowns close over the scene like...

An ornate fountain pen nib fills most of the frame, tipped forward onto a sheet of aged parchment. Inside the nib is another world: a starlit nebula in blue and violet, and beneath it a great Roman amphitheatre of tiered arches, its stonework dissolving...

A black and gold fountain pen enters from the top right and touches down on a sheet of paper, and what leaves the nib is not ink but a landscape. A river of blue and violet light winds away down the page, carrying snow-capped...

A robed, long-bearded figure drawn entirely in fine silver filaments leans out of a black star field and sets a spiral galaxy turning beneath his hands. The galaxy is built from countless small points of gold, blue and rose light, its arms sweeping across...

Against a flat black ground, the word “MONEY” is set across the top in tall white blackletter capitals, with thin stems raining down from the letters. Below it sits a brain seen from above: the left hemisphere is a bare white outline, the right...
